The statutory right of return applies within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods.

The merchandise must be in its original condition. (it is OK to carefully examine the goods)

Always enter your order / order number (eight digits) when in contact with customer service via e-mail for efficient and safe handling.

Return policy / Right of withdrawal

At Fitness Lifestyle is all prices include VAT. We offer fast delivery, 3-5 working days.

  • You have 14 days after you purchase goods at to change or return your order.
  • All exchanges regards clothing and accessories Not products on sale or campains.
  • The consumer pays for return shipping of the product back to us. Customer may choose any shipping method, we recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for alienated package, you the customer are responsible for your shipment reaches us, therefore we recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method.

Follow these steps to return

  • Make sure the item is in perfect condition unused and clean, without dust, skin residues, hair, makeup or perfume /smell, etc.
  • Make sure that the product still have product patch and ev. sealing, and that you have the original packaging
  • Fill in the return form that was included in your package.
  • Write what goods you wish to return and why on the return form you received with the product.
  • Post the item within 14 days from the day you got it to:

Refund / Cancellation of invoice is due upon receipt of the product, Confirmation is sent via e-mail.


Want to exchange your item due to wrong size model, please send the item back to us. Upon receipt will be refunded the product to the fullest. You can now place a new order on the product you want. This is for easier administration between us and our payment partner.


Complaints reported to our customer service via email.

Complaints must be made within 24 hours after discovery of the defect and write down what is wrong and attach the picture of the fault / damage.

Our customer service team will take care of the matter as soon as possible. All goods are checked at the packing so there should not be any complaints regarding the condition. But you should always get in touch with us if something is considered wrong. If the package is opened or damaged when recived: Always check that the package is unopened and not destroyed at the pick-up. If the package is opened or damaged, you should complain in place. It is DHL's responsibility to deliver the package as it is sent from us.

Unclaimed packages, refused packages & wrong addressed parcels

Sometimes returns DHL packages to us that the customer has not been picked up, has refused to collect or packages that have the wrong address.

Our e-commerce site is automated so wrong at the addresses or phone number can only be done upon registration / purchase. (so we can not rule over this). When you as a customer register for an account or pay via our payment partner Klarna. So it is very important that you enter the correct mobile phone number and email address, in order for you to receive notification via SMS as well as receive transportation notice. Is this wrong, it can easily become a protracted delivery process, or even that the package be returned to us. If the customer does not get the package, refuse to pick up your package or write the wrong address on order so that the package is returned because, unknown address or person, unfortunately we will charge you a fee of 30€. If you decide you want to cancel your order/package, it is important you contact us before we ship the package. Or you get the package, and self return the product to us. Avoid paying unnecessary fees. Neither you nor we gain something if that you do not care to pick up a package or write the wrong address when ordering. Return policy only applies if you get the package and follow our instructions for return or claim.

Calculation of Norwegian VAT

The basis for calculation of VAT is the entire price paid for the item.

The rate for VAT (value added tax) is 25 per cent,.

VAT is calculated from the total amount when you add:

  • the item's price +
  • any customs duties and other taxes +
  • shipping costs +
  • any insurance +
  • any fees, commissions or similar.

For example, where a pair of tights is purchased from Fitness Lifestyle online store:

Price of the item:NOK 1,000
Shipping cost:NOK 100
Duty:NOK 116
(10.7 % of NOK 1,100)
The basis for calculation of VAT:NOK 1,217
VAT at 25 % of NOK 1,217:NOK 301
In this case the skirt will costNOK 1.518

You usually also have to pay a clearance fee to the shipping agent (in most cases Posten).
